Fees for our services will be outlined in individual engagement letters or service agreements. Payment terms, invoicing schedules, and accepted payment methods will be specified in those agreements. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in suspension or termination of services.
We understand the sensitive nature of financial information. All client information provided to us will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used for the purpose of providing accounting services. We will not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law, with client consent, or as necessary to perform our services (e.g., submitting tax filings).
Entertainment Production Accounting will provide services with reasonable care and professional competence. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Our services are provided in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and industry standards. We are not responsible for decisions made by clients based on our reports or advice. Clients are encouraged to seek independent legal or tax advice for matters beyond the scope of our accounting services.
All materials, reports, templates, and methodologies created by Entertainment Production Accounting in the course of providing services remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a license to use these materials for their internal business purposes related to the specific project for which services were provided.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. The client remains responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the date of termination. Upon termination, we will provide the client with all documents and records in our possession that belong to the client, subject to receipt of payment for outstanding fees.
Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings held in Tennessee.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
